Policy Brief, no. 6: Local and Regional Authorities: Enablers or Bystanders in the Digital Single Market

The European Institute of Romania is pleased to announce the publication of a new addition in its Working Papers & Policy Briefs Series. The author, Mirela Mărcuț (Assistant within the Department of International Relations and European Studies, University of Oradea), addresses in her research the Digital Single Market Strategy and calls for the local and regional authorities to play a more prominent role in implementing the Strategy as they are the closest decision-makers the citizens can interact with.
