The European Institute of Romania (EIR) announces the publication of an interview granted by H.E. Ambassador Simona-Mirela Miculescu regarding some priority objectives on UNESCO’s agenda, such as gender equality and women’s empowerment through science and technology. Her Excellency also highlights the challenges UNESCO faces in its mission to support peace and facilitate prosperity through international cooperation. Additionally, drawing from her 33 years of diplomatic career experience, she mentions the qualities required of a young diplomat to successfully promote the interests and image of their country.
