The European Institute of Romania announces the publication of a Policy Brief titled “The EU’s new Pact on Migration and Asylum: A thin line between solidarity and limited responsibility”. Authored by Caroline-Raluca Ghețu (expert within the Studies Unit / European Affairs Department of the EIR), this paper highlights the positive and controversial aspects of this new pact designed to discourage irregular migration to the European Union.
