The autumn issue of the EIR newsletter brings to the public’s attention news on various topics on the national and European agenda. Romania’s foreign policy priorities are discussed in an interview with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Luminița Odobescu. The Three Seas Initiative is analysed by an international expert, who presents Lithuania’s perspectives on the development of regional cooperation, in an opinion article signed for the EIR newsletter. The publications section presents the papers that have been released in the EIR microstudies collection, respectively in the Opinions collection. At the same time, the EIR’s activity in the fields of training and translation, where new projects have started recently, is showcased in two other articles.
