The European Institute of Romania (EIR) announces the publication of an interview with Mr. Jochen M. Richter, Executive Member of the think tank Diplomatic Council. The interview tackled diverse topics, such as the strengthening of EU’s strategic autonomy (and the challenges associated with it), the necessity of a better communication between the EU institutions and the European citizens, the relevance of public debates regarding the European values and institutional reform, respectively issues related to the European security and response to crisis situations in the current geopolitical context.
