The European Institute of Romania announces the publication in the microstudies collection of a policy brief entitled: Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. EU’s response to Russian disinformation and propaganda. This document presents information on the measures taken by the European Union to respond to the effects of propaganda and disinformation mechanisms at the level of society. The last section of the paper presents a number of policy recommendations that can be implemented at the level of the member states and the European institutions to help counter disinformation and propaganda.
