TEPSA, the trans-European research network for European affairs, recently published the seventh edition of the European Council Experts’ Debrief. Our experts focused on the implications of the March 2023 European Council conclusions as regards Europe’s approach to migration and asylum.
The European Institute of Romania contributed with two materials, wrote by Iulian Oneașcă and Mihai Sebe (from the European Studies Unit) that stressed the importance of designing and implementing migration policies in a way that respects European values
The publication includes a Foreword signed by Jim Cloos, TEPSA Secretary General and a follow-up on the previous edition, authored by Brigid Laffan, President of the European Policy Centre and Emeritus Professor at the European University.
The debrief was published on 20 April 2023, and is available in English here.
