More than 50 authors from 39 European states drafted the chapters and presented a series of recommendations regarding their country’s approach to climate change. The contribution from Romania has been written by Eliza Vaș and Mihai Sebe, from the European Institute of Romania. In their piece, the authors drawn the attentions towards contributing to ambitious European targets while facing deep-rooted sectoral flaws.
