12 April 2010 – The European Institute of Romania and the Embassy of France to Bucharest organized on April 12th 2010 the conference “Territorial reform in France and decentralization in the European Union”, with Mr. Dominique PERBEN, member of the Parliament, Vicepresident of the General Council of Rhône department, and raporteur on the draft law for the reform of territorial collectivities as a guest speaker. The event, which is the 22nd held in the framework of “Romania – France: Together in Europe” conference series, was open by His Excellency, Mr. Henri PAUL, Ambassador of France to Romania and moderated by Mrs. Gabriela DRĂGAN, Director General of the European Institute of Romania.
