The European Institute of Romania (EIR) organised on Tuesday, 14th february 2023, within the series entitled Dialogues@EIR, an event with the theme: “Youth and the climate changes: policies and response measures at the European level’’.
Our guests at the dialogue were Andrada Istrate, SPOS study coordinator, sociologist, Ethnographic Research Hub; Alexandra Ciocănel, SPOS study author, researcher, University of New York; Andrei Popescu, coordinator, European Solidarity Corps, National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training; Lavinia Andrei, president, Third Millennium Earth Foundation. The event was opened by Oana-Mihaela Mocanu, director general of the EIR, and the moderation of the event was provided by Eliza Vaș, expert within the European Studies Unit (EIR).
The event aimed to raise the level of awarness regarding the subject Youth and climate changes, by disseminating the research results related to the homonymous SPOS study.
