Editorial release: EUCO Debrief (security and defence, food security, democracy etc.)

TEPSA, the trans-European research network for European affairs, recently published a debrief as a response to the conclusions adopted by the European Council. On this occasion, experts from several partner research institutes were invited to contribute with opinions. The texts were intended to provide answers to the European Council’s negotiations on various issues.

Thus, the European Institute of Romania presented through the experts of the European Studies Unit opinions on the following topics: security and defence, including joint procurement, as well as means to operationalise the Solidarity Lanes for food security (Mihaela-Adriana Pădureanu) and steps to be taken for enhancing the resilience of Associated states (Iulian Oneașcă).

The material includes a foreword and concluding remarks, signed by Jim Cloos, TEPSA Secretary-General.
