6 April 2016 – The Institute for Eastern Studies (IES, Warsaw) and the European Institute of Romania (EIR) organized the panel-debate titled How to Attract Key Investments to the Region?
The event was included within the programme of the 2nd edition of the European Congress of Local Governments, which took place in Krakow between 5 and 6 April 2016. The European Congress of Local Governments is to be a platform for exchange of ideas and a venue for local government leaders and regional elites to meet with representatives of national administration, non-governmental organisations and business. The mission of the Congress is to create positive atmosphere of exchange and improve cooperation between European regions.
The panel-debate organized by the ISE and the EIR benefited of the presence of well-known experts within EU member states and will be moderated by Mrs. Gabriela Drăgan, Director General of the EIR.
